Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy – Journal of Social Research Dynamics (JSRD)
1. Open access statement
The Journal of Social Research Dynamics (JSRD), ISSN 2978-4352, is a fully open access journal. All content is available free of charge to readers, immediately upon publication, with no embargo and no registration or subscription required. The journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of open access: users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, and use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
2. Licence
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). Anyone may share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the licence is provided, and any changes are indicated. The licence is stated on each article page and in the article metadata.
3. Copyright
Copyright of articles published in the Journal of Social Research Dynamics is held by the journal. This does not restrict the rights granted to readers and authors under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Copyright terms applying to published content are separate from those applying to the journal website.
4. Fees
The journal does not charge article processing charges (APCs), submission charges, or any other fees to authors or readers.
5. Self-archiving
Authors may deposit any version of their article (submitted, accepted or published) in institutional or subject repositories and on personal or institutional websites, at any time and without embargo, provided a link to the published article is included.
6. Reuse, text and data mining
Full texts and metadata may be crawled and mined for any lawful purpose under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence.
7. Digital preservation
The journal's content is deposited in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed preservation archive operated by the Public Knowledge Project using LOCKSS technology, which ensures continued access to published content should the journal cease to publish.
8. Article identifiers and metadata
Every article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered with Crossref. Article metadata is openly available through the journal's OAI-PMH interface and is supplied to indexing services where the journal is listed.
