The Journal of Social Research Dynamics (JSRD) invites original research from across the social sciences. We are a fully open access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the International Association for Social Research Dynamics, a UK registered charity (No. 1217292).
There are no article processing charges, no submission fees, and no charges of any kind to authors. Publication is free, and every article is free for anyone in the world to read.
What we publish
JSRD welcomes empirical, theoretical, methodological and interdisciplinary work across:
- Sociology and anthropology
- Political science, public policy and governance
- Social and cultural psychology
- Education
- Media and communication studies
- Development studies and human geography
- Gender studies and cultural studies
- Criminology and social work
- Economics with a social or developmental focus
- International relations
We accept original research articles, theoretical and conceptual papers, comparative and cross-cultural studies, policy-oriented research, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and short research notes.

Before you submit
- The work must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere
- All co-authors must approve the submission and the order of authorship
- Similarity must be under 19% (checked with Turnitin); a signed originality declaration is required
- Submissions are made only through the online submission system
